Entertainment: Eddy Kenzo on how He likes about Fellow Artist Jose Chameleone

Eddy Kenzo said in his speech that Jose Chameleone deserves to be honoured, and they are planning an even larger event than the one held at the Jam Session on Tuesday, June 18.
According to Kenzo, Chameleon has significantly contributed to the industry, and this honour is the least they can do to reward him for the best of the add-ons in the industry.
When asked what he admires about Chameleone, He said: "I love who he is, what he has been able to give us, and what he continues to provide. I like him as a person." The event to pay tribute to the legendary crooner, who has been in the industry for 25 years, was held at Alure Hotel and Suites in Kampala.
Chameleone has performed internationally in countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Belgium, Malaysia, China, South Africa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Zambia, Malawi, South Sudan, Germany, and Switzerland.
He is the CEO of the music label Leone Island, which has been associated with artists such as the late Mosey Radio, Weasel, the late AK 47 Mayanja, King Saha, Papa Cidy, Pallaso, Melody Uganda, Yung Mulo, and Big Eye.
With all the efforts and titles he has gained, through visiting different countries, he has a lot contributed much to the Uganda's Music industry.
Lil Pazo congratulates D-Star for Trending Success

Lil Pazo, known for his hit trending song “Enkudi” has expressed his good wishes towards fellow trending artist D-Star of the “Hozambee/Shifura” song.
Lil Pazo, who has been singing for over seven years says he has always been open and welcoming to the idea that the local industry is always producing fresh talents with hit songs.
He acknowledges that the “Hozambee” song is quite big and applauds D-Star for coming up with a catchy track to keep the industry on its feet and outstanding.
Lil Pazo also rules out any narrative claiming that there is any sort of competition between Enkudi and Hozambee and maintains that he is no longer in the industry to compete with anyone.
In Pazo's words " I have been singing for seven years, I do music to earn money now. I have yet to get what I want from the “Enkudi” song, I have only bought a car from its earnings. I keep telling fellow artists that the industry welcomes new talents every day so people are free to enjoy other music. Other talents must shine as well, the industry keeps giving. Hozambee is shining and he too will pass." He said.

Media Personality Zahara Totto Finally Opened up about why she quit Next Media

Speaking to the media on Tuesday, June 4, Totto explained what happened in the months leading up to her quitting the Naguru-based Media Uganda.
Next Media knew from the beginning of the year that she wouldn't be returning.
"I sat down with Joe Kigozi [ Next Media deputy chief executive officer ] and told him I no longer wanted to work," she said, adding that the meeting informing management about her impending departure happened at the beginning of the year, "around February or January."
She said the contract she had signed with Next Media had expired.
She mentioned that the warning letters sent to her were meant to please the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) and people who had declared war on Sanyuka TV because of the negative gossip stories aired on the show she co-hosted.
She said she is no longer the kind of person to be bothered by warning letters. "I wasn't there to be appreciated by any of them; I was there to do my job," Totto said.
She pointed out that some recent reports on the media industry showed that she is the number two entertainment show host. She revealed that she blocked all her bosses at Next Media, and they can no longer reach her.
She stated that she has earned more money as a DJ than from TV presenting. Zahara Totto's new show, dubbed Vibe Ku Vibe, is a music and gossip news program that will be airing on Makula TV any time.
Nakivubo Stadium was Celebrating The Grand Opening with Exciting Entertainment

Past Entertainment marked the eagerly anticipated grand opening of Hamz Stadium at Nakivubo War Memorial Grounds in downtown Kampala. Sports enthusiasts and entertainment seekers alike flocked to the venue to witness the festivities.
Organizers were busy preparing for that moment, ensuring that every detail was in place for a memorable Event. From promotional videos featuring musicians to pre-event press conferences, excitement had been building up for over a period.
The day promised a diverse line up of sporting activities and entertainment, starting with basketball matches featuring teams like KIU Titans, JT Jaguars, Nam Blazers, and UCU Canons. Netball fans also had their share of excitement with matches between KCCA, Weyonje and others.
Football, deeply rooted in Ugandan sports culture, took center stage as URA battles Kitara and SC Villa clashed with Express FC in test matches. Coaches and players expressed their anticipation and excitement for the opportunity to showcase their talent on this prestigious stage.
Later for a period, the Entertainment otherwise covered the place with the female lady Jowie Landa started out to bring out heat to the spectators that were already in the music moods.

How did it all begin?
The online dispute began after Sheilah, during a TikTok live session, explained why she decided to leave “NBS After 5,” a show where MC Kats is also a presenter. She cited creative differences as a primary reason, mentioning that the show’s content direction did not align with her vision.
Sheilah then clarified her position, stating, “Dearest @mckatsug, you didn’t watch the full video. I fully stated that you and @DouglasLwangaUg are the best with Ugandan industry and Ugandan sound. Fortunately or unfortunately, I have more knowledge of international sound and music PR. [Public Relations]”
